After years of proudly serving South Carolina under the name SC CARES, we are excited to announce our official transition to Community CARES.

Why the change?

Because our work and impact reach far beyond state lines. We want our name to reflect the inclusivity, unity, and forward-thinking approach that guides everything we do.

Our Vision

SC CARES is dedicated to promoting home care & healthcare interests, networking opportunities, education, and professional development of healthcare owners located in South Carolina.

The South Carolina Coalition of Agencies Relating to Elderly Services, founded in 2017, is an influential coalition consisting of more than 713 members, including 378 Home Care and Home Health agencies. Our members run a gamut of Elderly Services: Home Care, Home Health, Hospice, Adult Day Care, NEMT’s, Elder Lawyers, Assisted Living, Nursing Homes and any agencies that provide elderly services.
